May of 2007 marked Callinan Mines' 80th year as a Canadian mineral exploration company. The company's experienced management team, led by notable Canadian Exploration Geologist Mike Muzylowski, operates under a discovery oriented business model designed to bring value to the shareholders through new discoveries of base and precious metals in Canada. Mr. Muzylowski's distinguished career as a geologist, geophysicist and senior mining executive is integral to the company's continued success.

The company annually derives significant, and increasing, revenue from an historic royalty interest in two producing mines in Flin Flon, Manitoba. This income allows the company to keep dilution low as they develop high potential exploration properties in Manitoba and British Columbia.

Callinan is currently exploring in the Fox River region of Manitoba. On this structural extension of the Thompson Nickel Belt, Callinan has isolated numerous sizeable magnetic and electro-magnetic anomalies through ground and airborne surveys.
The ongoing program is designed to test these structures for nickel, copper and PGM deposits.

Additional exploration projects include Coles Creek, a copper / molybdenum property in British Columbia, and several projects in Manitoba’s Thompson Nickel Belt among others.

All of Callinan's exploration endeavors are overseen by P.J. Deveaux, P.Geol., who supervises the company's field programs. Callinan additionally has assembled an accomplished Board of Directors whose expertise in the mining, business, international finance and legal fields is extremely beneficial.
