UPDATE -- Nov. 8 / 2006

The recently completed first phase of the diamond drilling program on the Coles Creek copper prospect near Houston, B.C., has located mineralized zones that represent prime targets for follow-up exploration in 2007.

The Coles Creek Property covers 13,456 hectares in the Omineca Mountains of British Columbia.
The geological formation of the Callinan claims is similar to that of producing mines in the area. These include the Huckleberry Mine, some 17 km to the north, which last year produced 62.9 million lbs. of copper and 426,000 lbs. of molybdenum.

The Equity Silver Mine, 70 km northeast of the Coles Creek Project, recovered 71.36 million oz. of silver and 528,000 oz. of gold during its 13 years of production.

Samples defining the main exploration target returned gold values ranging from 3.05 g/t to 0.24 g/t, copper between 2.62% and 0.25%, and molybdenum at 0.03%. The soil anomalies are co-incident with a magnetic anomaly located by a previous operator. The conductor measures approximately 150 metres by 150 metres.

Grab samples taken from exposed outcrops over a 100 metre width provided the following range of assays: 0.305% to 0.115% copper, 0.12g/t to 0.04 g/t gold, 1181 g/t to 33 g/t silver, 9.33% to 0.21% lead, 1.03% to 0.4% zinc and 0.403% to 0.051% molybdenum.

The 2005 prospecting program on the property has substantially advanced the company's understanding of the potential for sub surface mineralization.

Mike Muzylowski and Pat DeVeaux are in the process of designing a 2007 program that will include diamond drilling and extended geophysical work. Diamond drilling will likely focus on the multi-phase porphyry system intercepted by hole COLE 3A. Further surface sampling of induced polarization and magnetic target areas near hole 3A will also be completed.
